• Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur.

• Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

• If a package is lost in transit, we may consider reshipment on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery for review.

• Approved replacements are issued at our discretion.
