Shipping Policy

We use USPS for all shipments.

If a shipment does not arrive at its delivery destination, we will review the situation and may consider sending a replacement package. If issues persist during transit, we will work to send another package. 

Important: We do not replace or refund any orders marked as Delivered by USPS that are later reported as stolen. Once the package is confirmed as delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package is transferred to the recipient.

We recommend ensuring that your delivery address is secure and that someone is available to receive your package to avoid potential issues.
